We just worked with Raymond in buying our first home/condo. From beginning to end, the experience was very positive and smooth. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions pertaining to the building and the area. Throughout the process Raymond kept in touch regularly to fill us in on every update possible, including weekends and nights. What makes Raymond a unique agent is that he cares about his clients. Even after the sale he made multiple contacts with us to check up on us. In this way, it didn't feel like he was sale-oriented, but genuinely interested in making his clients are happy. When I first decided to sell my condo, I originally used another agent that was referred to me by a friend. My experience with this first agent during my first two months was very disappointing on the results and the way it was handled by the agent. I was then introduced to Raymond and decided to give him the opportunity to sell my place which he gave me a more confident and reassuring feeling. We met Raymond at an open house he held at a property we were interested in. We immediately noticed upon entering the home how professional, organized and personable Raymond was. He made us feel very comfortable as we looked around and he answered all of the questions we had. At that point we did not have an agent to represent us nor did we have an agent to list our current home for sale.
